This training will give you an introduction to CISD. With the kind of work that we do and the kind of situations we find ourselves in in ministry, it would be helpful to you to understand what constitutes a Critical Incident, how that kind of stress manifests itself, how to care for yourself, and how to participate in a Critical Incident Stress Debriefing should that opportunity and need arise.
